COLOMBIA ORGANIC HUILA ASOBOMBO
COLOMBIA ORGANIC HUILA ASOBOMBO
After last weeks roast and sampling this bean (cherry) proves to be one of the best harvests of the year. That’s the good news. On the flip side it appears I’m not the only one who discovered this treasure so I’ve got about 265lbs. before it’s gone.
The below flavor profile is provided by various professional tasters. Myself, the fruit notes I pick up are more jammy or like a dynamic stone fruit compote dominated a silky sweet chocolate. As the cup cools malt like notes wane in and out.
