Cupping Notes: Roasted between 440-465F for that slightly burnt chocolate chip flavor, with hints of leather and tobacco notes. Great for those who enjoy a dollop of milk foam.

Indy Coffee Roasting Company is now located in the original Bishop Jailhouse. What better tribute than to name our darkest roast after this historical Owens Valley landmark. It’s claim to fame is that it once held the infamous Charles Mason before being transfer to the Inyo County prison. (Unsure if it’s fact or fiction but it sure makes for a good story.)
