El Camino Sierra Roast
El Camino Sierra Roast
El Camino Sierra roast has become the signature roast of ICRC. Returning after fifteen months since we saw the last of one of the best Ethiopians, opinion not fact, this years harvest is exceptional. How I’ve missed this beautiful creation from nature and cooperative farmers of Ethiopia. Bagging this return roast brought tears to my eyes. This year brings a much smoother sweet chocolate base and a hint of blueberry toward the middle end. It’s not as heavy bodied or pungent as previous harvests. (What is noted as fudge I experienced closer to a thin sweet dark chocolate.) El Camino Sierra Roast cups as a refreshing morning daily or a wonderful dessert, after dinner cup. (We’re on our third cup at the time of writing.) Enjoy! -Gunner
